The Chickens are coming! February 17, 2006
From today’s news, I’ve been made aware that a group called Ferrel Chickens is hell bent on taking over the Island. They have become increasingly organised over the last months, and intelligence has reported that there may be an impending attack on aircraft in Bermuda. Violence escalated when a Bermudian was publicly attacked in broad daylight for attempting to cross the street into the chickens turf. The Ferrel Chicken group issued this statement “How dare he try to get to the other side! No one crosses the road in our neighborhood to get to our side. No one!”
There have been reports of a potential for biological attacks by this rogue group as well. In light of this recent intelligence, a pre-emptive strike is being planned on this fowl guerrilla group. A “Lets get them before they get us” stance has been indicated by the Ministry of the Environment, who have also issued this poster for the leader of the group, Billy ‘The Biter’ Chicken.
Remember, if you see one of these chickens walking towards you…..cross the road…cross the road to get to the other side!
