Shooting the Messengers June 19, 2007
The BHC case is twisting and turning like a snake and we haven’t even seen most of what’s in the official report. The RG just released information that Premier Brown and Nelson Bascome are going to sue the papers and broadcasting stations for libel, while the Police Commissioner and Attorney General make an appeal on the courts ruling to not uphold the gag order. One point that the lawyers were pushing for was to not have the appeal processed until after the libel suit is finished, a process that can take months. This was also denied.
Who needs the Young and the Restless when you have this mess to follow?!?
