14 year old girl found dead June 1, 2008
My heart goes out to the family and friends of 14 year old Rhiana Moore, who’s body was found dead in the Mangroves of Blue Hole park (The old dolphin show location many years ago). As a father and a fellow human being, it greatly saddens me when someone so young, who has yet to reach her full potential, passes away.
While no real details are in, it doesn’t look good. I’ve heard rumours about rape and murder, along with some others. The location, which is a bit remote, leaves suspicion as to what really happened as well. The online newspaper also reports that one man is in custody.
If foul play was involved, then my one thought to the police and all involved is “Please don’t fuck this one up!”. We have far too many unsolved murders already. Do this girl justice and let the hammer fall on the individual(s) as hard as it can.
On a side note, THIS is the reputation that Premier Brown should be more concerned with. May be the Island would be better off allocating money to the 50 man short police force instead of spending more on a PR firm.
