So you want to know a bit about me, eh?
My name is Sean Soares, I’m currently in my early 30’s, born on July 13th, 1973, that was a Friday which explains a lot I guess.
So what do you do?
I’m a computer consultant and co-own a computer consulting company EAC Ltd.
And your hobbies are…
Well gotta say, I LOVE to be out in the boat. We own a 24 foot Wellcraft and it’s my baby. I love to work on it and use it whenever I can, so you can imagine that I’m more of a summer person. For the winter months, I’ve taken up a bit of astronomy. It’s a great way to spend a clear evening. The moon is fascinating with all of it’s features.
So are you available big boy?
Sorry, can’t say that I am. I got married in May of 2005 to my wonderful wife Robin. She has a daughter, Tianna, and we now have a little toddler named Samantha. See my posts called “Father’s Log” where I’ve been keeping a weekly log on all the precursor and aftermath of the big event.
What’s your philosophy on life?
I’m a strong believer that life is the great equalizer, in other words, if you’re an ass, prepare to be shat upon one day down the road. I always try to speak the truth and act upon it as I see, however always remain open minded to alternatives. Hey I don’t promise to be right, but I will do what I consider is right each time.
Why did you start up this blog anyways?
Hmmm mostly cause I like the idea of putting events in my life for my family and friends to view. Another large motivator was the local government screwing up to the point that I couldn’t keep quiet about it. As blogs are quickly becoming the fastest news source, I thought this was one of the best venues to vent about all things stupid that the government does.
